These terms are an agreement between you and Cursy ("we", "us") about using Cursy, the AI teacher for Windows, and its website. By using Cursy you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data.

1. Early access

Cursy is in early access. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. During early access Cursy is free, within a daily allowance that we may change. We will tell you before Cursy stops being free for you.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: what happens through your account is your responsibility.
  • You must be 18 or older, or use Cursy with the consent of your parent or guardian.
  • During early access, we may limit who can sign in.

3. What Cursy is, and is not

  • Cursy is a teacher. It explains, points and guides; you stay in control of your computer and decide what to click, type and install.
  • Cursy uses AI, which can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially steps that change settings, delete files, spend money or affect other people.
  • In this version, Cursy points and you do the clicking: it does not click, type or install anything by itself. When connecting other apps becomes available, Cursy will propose an action there and do it only after your yes, and you are responsible for the actions you approve.
  • Cursy is not a substitute for professional advice, such as medical, legal or financial advice.

4. Using Cursy fairly

Do not use Cursy to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • harm, harass or deceive other people, or invade their privacy, for example by showing it someone else's private information without their permission;
  • get around the daily allowance, or overload or attack our service;
  • reach our server other than through the Cursy app, or copy, take apart or resell the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Your content

What you say to Cursy, what is on your screen and what is in your apps stays yours. You allow us, and the services listed in our privacy policy, to process it only to provide Cursy to you, as the privacy policy describes.

6. Our software

We give you a personal, non-exclusive permission to install and use Cursy on your own computers. Cursy, its name, its design and its website belong to us. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

Cursy keeps itself up to date: it downloads new versions from cursy.in in the background and puts them in place when you choose "Restart to update", or the next time it starts. Download Cursy only from cursy.in.

7. Other services

Cursy works with services run by others, including Google, Composio, OpenAI, AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs, Supabase and Amazon Web Services. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them, or for the apps and websites Cursy helps you use.

8. Ending

You can stop using Cursy at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may stop offering Cursy, or part of it. If we do, we will tell you in advance where we can.

9. No guarantees

Cursy is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will suit a particular purpose.

10. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Cursy. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Cursy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

12. Changes

When these terms change, we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you in Cursy or by email before it applies. Using Cursy after that means you accept the new terms.
